Job Summary: 
Assist electricians on job sites by supporting daily operations, maintaining organization, and ensuring work areas are clean and efficient. This role provides   hands-on exposure to the electrical trade and is ideal for individuals interested in gaining experience in the field. Summer Helpers are expected to support the team in a variety of tasks while maintaining a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The main emphasis of this role is to assist in job site efficiency, safety, and overall productivity.

Location: 
- Based out of Orono, MN
- Travel required to job sites throughout the Twin Cities metro area​

Starting Salary:
- Summer Helper = $18 - $20 / Hour

Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting electricians with job site setup and cleanup
- Carrying tools, materials, and equipment as needed
- Supporting basic electrical tasks under supervision
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assisting with general labor tasks across job sites
- Being flexible and willing to help wherever needed
