Location: 
- Based out of Orono, MN
- Travel required to job sites throughout the Twin Cities metro area

Starting Salary:
- Apprentice = $20 - $21 / Hour
 

Job Summary:

To support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while developing the skills necessary to become a licensed electrician. You will work closely with experienced team members to build technical knowledge and contribute to job site success. The main emphasis of this role is skill development, safety, and consistent execution of electrical work under supervision.

Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in installation of electrical systems (residential and/or commercial)
- Pulling wire, installing conduit, and supporting panel work
- Reading and interpreting basic blueprints and layouts
- Maintaining tools, materials, and job site organization
- Following all electrical codes and safety standards
- Working closely with Journeyworker to develop technical skills
- Maintaining a strong attention to detail and quality of work 

What You Bring:
- Interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade
- Desire to learn skills to take and pass the journeyworker exam.
- Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in an apprenticeship program
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
