Location: 
- Based out of Orono, MN
- Travel required to job sites throughout the Twin Cities metro area​

Starting Salary:
- Journeyworker = $34+ / Hour
 

Job Summary: 

Perform and oversee electrical work on residential and/or commercial job sites while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will lead by example, support team development, and maintain strong communication with both internal teams and customers. Take ownership of job sites and contribute to the overall success. The main emphasis is to deliver high-quality electrical work while maintaining efficiency, safety, and professionalism

Responsibilities Include:
- Install, wire, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, apparatus, and equipment
- Lead job sites and provide direction to apprentices and helpers
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Maintain organized, efficient, and safe job sites
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and leadership
- Support training and development of apprentices and helpers
- Manage workflow to meet project timelines and expectations

What You Bring:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and code requirements
- Proven ability to lead and manage job sites
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
